Walking into IT'SUGAR at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets feels less like stepping into a traditional candy shop and more like entering a bright, maximalist pop-art sugar museum. The energy hits you immediately—vibrant neon displays, energetic music, and floor-to-ceiling walls packed with every confection imaginable, from nostalgia-inducing retro sweets to giant, comical novelty items like multi-pound gummy bears. It's an absolute blast to browse, offering a lively, lighthearted breather from standard outlet shopping, complete with friendly staff who keep the vibe fun and welcoming. That said, the sheer variety and eye-popping visual appeal come with a premium price tag. While the experience, unique imports, and hilarious oversized merch are fantastic for a splurge or a fun treat while visiting Orlando, the bulk candy prices can add up very quickly if you aren't paying attention at the scale. Ultimately, it’s a memorable, high-sugar pitstop that’s well worth dropping into for the novelty, fun atmosphere, and photo ops, so long as you view it as half-entertainment and half-snack run!

Awesome staff. The staff made the store lively. They all greeted the customers coming in and wish those leaving a good day. The store was packed with sugary goodies. If you are a diabetic, you might want to stay away. If you are a sugar lover, welcome to heaven. You will absolutely love this establishment. Welcoming staff and a huge selection of goodies. Will Be coming back again. Highly recommended.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give negative stars, TRUST ME, I WOULD. I went in to the store today with the intent to buy some candy for the trip back home. We turn around and see one of the employees (we didn't catch his name , but he was wearing a hat) staring at us like we were not supposed to be there. I had come in the day prior and I had some samples of the candy and the employees were okay with this, but the second I place a gummy in my mouth, here comes the candy police running up to us saying "No sampling the candy, and don't put your hands in there." which we didnt.... we used the tongs! like no way you expect me to pay money for candy that i dont know if i like or not. we left immediately cause who is he think he is???

It's always a fun surprise when you find the store at a local shopping mall! We came in just to take a look and then left with a big bag of candy. The gentleman working today did a phenomenal job taking care of us and communicating what different things were.
